Justice Movement sues COVID-19 Global
Criminal Case vs. China

The Global COVID-19 Justice Movement (GCJM) jointly with Golden Eagles Club Intl. (GECI) will file a class-suit criminal and trillion-dollars civil liabilities case versus China and President Xi Jinping with the United Nations-sanctioned Hague Tribunal of the WORLD SUPREME COURT, NETHERLANDS.

The movement core group chaired by noted Filipino civic leader and award-giving icon Dr. Jake Navea, D.Hum are composed of Texas, USA- based civic leader Vivien Rebecca Lord as GCJM Convenor, para-legal consultant Vincent Bermudez, Eagles Vice Chair Jeanie Wolf, California-based medical professional Grace Navea, and broadcaster Sixto Lagare.
The case to be filed with the United Nations and Hague International Courts is planned to join force with similar case filed by Berman Law Group based in Florida, USA and Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP). 

Evidences were gathered from various sources, including news releases from Gravitas World News.

The case facts include:
(1) China allegedly envisions to become the No.1 Global Super Power and communist-dominated economy, surpassing USA thru a Lethal Man-Made Corona Virus Invention, now popularly called "China Virus";

(2) The deadly COVID-19 Virus was discovered to have spread worldwide from a Wuhan China biological laboratory but did not suspiciously reach Beijing -- China's prime financial district and seat of the global Communist Party;

(3) Obviously, China Stock Markets and Economy did not crash but American and European did crash due to global lockdowns.

Parts of the brilliant but sinister CHINA Strategies were analysed as follows:

(1) Create a man-made virus unmindful of human fatalities;

(2) Spread the virus particularly in the first world rich countries like USA, Italy, France etc.;

(3) An apparent evidence is the suspicious demonstration of China's "efficiency" ----- speedy building of COVID-19 treatment facilities. After all, it was among parts of pre-planned timetable, including pre-ordered equipment, pre-hired labor, water and sewage networks, and prefabricated COVID-19 treatment centers;

(4) Cause chaos in the world, starting in the US, Europe and rich countries, but accidentally leaked to other countries like the Philippines, India, Thailand, Malaysia etc.;

(5) Stop global production lines in factories to cause world stock markets to fall and eventually buy out bankrupt companies;

(6) Quickly control the deadly pandemic in China thru its own virus antodite invention;

(7) Paralyze American and other European /Asian industries thru COVID-19 Lockdowns; and

(8) Alleged plan of China to replace US dollars as standard global currency to China's proposed digital currency based on gold.

The movement also noted in the book by Chinese communist military colonels -- Qiao Liang and Wang Xiangsui in 1999 entitled: “Unrestricted Warfare: China’s Master Plan to Destroy America” which depicts China's vision now available at Amazon.

It was also analysed that how come Russia & North Korea are mostly free of COVID-19 as being staunch allies of China. On the other hand US, Italy, Spain, UK, Germany, Iran, Japan. South Korea are severely hit, including Philippines moderately affected.
