As you nay remember, given that you and I, we are not at all new to each other, my name is Roch d'Assomption TIETI (please, call me TIETI). I have served as an Ambassador of Ivory Coast, my country, for 10 years (2001 - 2011).
I live currently in Dubai as a purely private businessman. I am in business consultancy and I work on Innovative strategies.
One of my main activities is to help African entrepreneurs find financing for their projects.

Total financing request : 215,000,000 euros
II/ A reputable Real estate company with a strong background in Cote d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast)
Contribution to the reduction of the supply deficit in Cote d'Ivoire by building 400 units spread over five sites representing a total surface of nearly 40,000 m2.
The funding requirement is about 18.2 million USD, while the total investment will reach $30.3 million.
III/ Agro industrial processing of cassava in Cote d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast)
Construction of a production unit of derived products of cassava on an area of more than 10 000 ha in Yamoussoukro district
It has three important axes:
> a) A mechanized cassava crop on an industrial scale on around 13,000 ha (350,000 to 500,000 tons) for the majority of the tubers requirement of the processing unit.
> b) An industrial cassava processing unit with a production capacity of 180,000 tons of derivatives such as starch, semolina, flour and chips.
> c) One unit for the treatment of solid and liquid residues (360,000 tons) from the plantation and plant. This unit will be used to produce biogas, electricity, organic fertilizer and livestock feed.
Investment Budget: USD 63,000,000
For each of the projects above, I requested and received the following documents:
1) Business plan
2) Feasibility study with forecast data covering a 10 year period
3) Executive Summary
4) Project owner or Manager’s CIS/KYC with his passport inserted in it
As the legitimate authorized mandate, my mission is:
1) to formally present each file to potential donors (Financial Institutions, Banks, Development and Cooperation Agencies, Foundations, NGOs, Fundraising Platforms) and
2) to gather all the necessary information on the conditions to which they usually finance projects.
But only the project owner will finalize all agreements, once a financier is willing to commit to the project.
I hope that you will find an interest in the projects teasers above and decide to engage with me on the rewarding challenge of finding financiers. The interest for us being that on each group of file (Cameroon 7 and Ivory Coast 2), I work with two persons who brought me the clients.
And we agreed that the project Owner will pay us Commission / Success fee of 5% of any amount raised. Out of the 5%, initially, I will receive 2% if I am direct to the financing company and the two other associates will share 3%.
But, now that I deeply wish you to strongly engage with us, in order for you to fully contribute to find a financing entity which may engage in funding any of the projects, we will come back to the classic 50% for my side and 50% for your side.
