PROCEDURE:

1)        BUYER issues LOI.

2)        Seller issues Commission Agreement for Brokers/intermediaries.

3)        Buyer visits the seller’s yard and top table meeting.(buyer needs to make flight reservation to “Mexicali Airport Mexico” then seller will send their driver to airport.

4)        Seller and Buyer sign the contract.

5)        Buyer’s Bank sends payment (LC) to seller bank.

6)        Seller’s Bank issues PB(2%) if buyer wants.

7)        Seller begins shipments and container load will be done within 35 days after received payment.
