First option :

The Wealth Junction Academy offers a special finance program to clients that require
funding for a variety of financial placement services. We offer this opportunity in the form
of a partnership with client partners that would participate in receiving a secured fund
enhancement guarantee for projects, private placements or trade finance services.
We are partnering with project developers, business owners, governments and corporate
entities that have the ability to deliver credit lines against our guarantees.
For the assistance of our client partners, we are offering to pay a commission split of 80/20
(minus bank fees) for your service of introducing us to the credit line.

Issuing Bank: HSBC, Deutsche London & Commerzbank Germany Denominations: $1B - $20B
Delivery / Swift: Delivery Verse Payment (DVP) Via MT760 Face Value: 110% BG/SBLC
Payment: MT103 Maturity: 1 Year
We are looking for credit lines starting at $1B up to $20B but will consider higher credit
lines. We work with clients that have the ability to deliver its credit line against our
guarantees.
We are securing and guaranteeing 110% of the credit line in exchange for 100% of the
credit line delivered against our guarantees. In other words, we will secure 10% over the
credit line guaranteeing 110% of the credit line.
Example: Client delivers a credit line in the amount of $1B against our guarantee. For the
delivered $1B credit line, a BG/SBLC in the amount of $1.1B is issued in favor of the $1B
guaranteeing 110% of the credit line.
Procedure;
1. Client issues BCL on bank letterhead
confirming ability to deliver its credit line
against the guarantee.
2. Issuing bank confirms BCL and begins
open line communication with clients
receiving bank.
3. Issuing bank sends MT760 guaranteeing
110% of the credit line to Clients bank.
4. Client has 8 hours to verify and
authenticate BG/SBLC.
5. Client retransfers 100% of the credit line to our nominated bank

second option
provides secured cash back bank guarantees and standby
letters of credits to clients with unsecure and secured credit lines.
We are one of the few if only that offers a credit line enhancement & activation service with
minimal requirements. Because we are driven on relationship building, we have eliminated
a lot of the financial hoops that most clients go through.
We provide credit line enhancements & activations at a purchase sale to our clients with
structured financial activities by assisting with providing leverage management services.

Instrument Size: $10 Million - $1 Billion
Our Procedures:
1. The client must be the credit line benefactor.
2. Credit line must be either active or ready to be activated
3. Client provides a letter on bank letterhead confirming readiness to pay upon
delivery.
4. Once client provides letter confirming ability to pay upon delivery against the
guarantee.
5. An MT760 is issued to client in clients name into the clients account.
6. Client has 8 hours to verify and authenticate BG/SBLC from time of emission.
7. After 8 hours, client makes payment to issuing banks nominated bank.
The Wealth Junction Academy does not require any project attachments, paperwork or
proof of funds. All we require is for the client to confirm through its bank its ability to pay
upon delivery.
If you are unwilling to provide this simple request and wish to make it difficult, then that
means you are not the owner or beneficiary to the credit line and we do not wish to deal
with you. However, if you are ready to proceed forward and can live with our paperless
procedures, then you are the client or working with the client that can live with our
process, we are ready to work with you.
