BG and SBLC lesson

Today I want to talk more about SBLC. 2 weeks ago I received a WhatsApp message of SBLC purchase offers from an unknown broker from Iran. His message contained 4 offers. Basically they are rubbish, and I didn't even reply him. In general, I list out the rules here, so you guy won't be cheated, because I mentioned here on my blog many times that 99.99% are from scammers. Rule #1 Don't send any POF/BCL over internet to any brokers. Rule #2 Don't send any upfront deposit or transmission fee to provider if you haven't met them face to face. (In case you trust them after meeting, put into your own lawyer with notary public) Rule #3 Real Issuer has to move first with RWA by MT199. Rule #4 So you don't need to move first by POF MT799. Rule #5 Issuer sends 199, you reply 199 (POF/BCL), they send 799, you reply 799 Undertaking, they send 760, then you pay, they send Hard Copy. Rule #6 Remember no real Issuer will move first with Pre-Advice by MT799, because their bank will block their money for the issuance, so no real Issuer will do that without knowing buyer's capability. Don't believe such naive dream. Aucun texte alternatif pour cette imageAucun texte alternatif pour cette image
